Amazing location. The staff are helpful. Bed was too hard but overall, amazing stay. They don't have their own parking but have a fair priced option with the garage outside.
We were in town for just a single night and two days and this hotel is exactly what we were needing. The staff here is some of the friendliest that we’ve come across, and our room was exactly what I needed to be; comfortable, clean, and quiet. Thank you so much for helping us get a good nights rest before we were on our way for more travels!
Just back from a long weekend break in Belfast, which is a great city to visit. We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton and it was a perfect choice in all aspects. Central location, right in the heart of the city and only a 5 min walk from the bus station. Beautiful rooms, free wifi and an amazing breakfast buffet. The staff were also very helpful getting items delivered to our room or giving advice on city attractions. I would like to highlight Maryann on reception who made us feel very welcome when we arrived and made sure nothing was too much to ask.
We stayed here for the night and had a very pleasant experience. Room is spotless, ate at the restaurant and food was very tasty, empty plates all round. I'd just like to mention Rachael who looked after us at dinner... she went above and beyond and made our children feel very special. Thank you so much Rachael for making our experience an even better one.
Overall decent place to stay, especially for families. No luxury but all basic features for leasure are there. Breakfast is nutritious enough but not an explosion of taste. Rooms are functional although the cleaning could have been better. Good location in the vicinity of Grand Station with walking distance to city centre.
Good clean hotel ,as you would expect from the Hilton .Staff were very helpful and friendly .Ideal spot for the shuttle bus from Belfast International airport and the Grand Central train station. Glad to see a good size mug in the room for a decent cup of tea (although more milk could be left for us tea drinkers ,would be great ). All in all very good stay at a very good hotel
We had a weekend stay for my daughter’s birthday as she wanted to visit the Titanic museum. Hotel is great location just afew min walk from the bus station and walk to city centre. Check in was quick and I have to mention the lady at front desk Michelle who made my daughter feel very special on her birthday with a choice of goodies at check in and then came to the room with a slice of cake it honestly made her so happy so thankyou very much. Breakfast was great and set us up for a day of exploring.Overall great stay would definitely stay again great value for money.
Unpretentious, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Simple but more than sufficient food & beverage offerings, served quickly and very reasonably priced. Full Irish breakfast a great way to fuel your upcoming day although a well stocked continental breakfast is also available for those who may prefer that option. I really appreciated the small touches in the room, the lightly textured anti-slip floor in the shower as well as the simple shower controls; often it's like trying to navigate a spacecraft just to operate the shower in some hotels. I paid to upgrade to stay in a "corner room" and the dual-aspect windows made the room feel much more spacious so well worth the additional investment. Location is perfect for visiting the city, 5 mins walk from Grand Central Station and only 10 mins walk to the bustling town centre. Those I interacted with, namely Lucy, Pablo, Sam, Rachel & Katrina are a true credit to the hotel and real brand ambassadors but still with a down-to-earth, personable and friendly approach and attitude not just towards myself but to everyone as I observed. One very subjective point is that I would've liked to have seen a small fridge in the room but this in no way detracts from everything I've mentioned above. It's just a very personal opinion about something that could be considered "additional functionality" but not necessary. Many thanks to everyone and I look forward to staying with you again.
